Yes. Most of our packaging and printing products are custom-made according to your size, design, color, and branding requirements.

5. Do you require advance payment for customized orders?

Yes. Since customized products are made specifically for you, advance payment is required before production begins.

6. Can I make changes after placing a customized order?

Changes are possible only before design approval. Once the design is approved and production starts, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

7. How long does customized production take?

Production time depends on the product and quantity. On average:

  • Packaging & stickers: 2–7 business days

  • Wedding & event cards: 4–10 business days

10. Does Hair Booster Spray guarantee hair regrowth?

11. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

For customized products, advance payment is required. Availability of COD for non-custom products may vary and will be confirmed at the time of order.

12. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we offer delivery all across Pakistan using reliable courier services.

13. How long does delivery take after dispatch?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city and courier service.
